I have been driving Kia products since 2006. I have recently purchased a 2016 Sedona and I like it very much. A major part of this enjoyment is the is the people at Performance Kia. This includes my sales person Alyssa Craig my sales person, Charlene Pollari of financial services and management persons, namely Kevin French, Bob Lance and the members of the Service Department and of course owner Bruno. When I enter the building I am greeted like a family member and always feel comfortable They all know how important customer is and are very good at what they do. I always feel like they appreciate my business and I am treated that way every time I am there. Alyssa was brilliant. I did much of the purchasing of my Sorento while living in Japan. Alyssa went above and beyond to make it both easy to do, and to alsogive me a unique sales experience. She made me excited to own a Kia while living half-a-world-away. She took the time to send me pictures of a similar vehicle, so I knew what I was getting from all angles. She often fielded questions from me during odd hours (I was a 14 hour time difference away), and was enthusiastic about the product. Alyssa is clearly a people person, and has pride in her job. Everything was brilliant, and I love my new truck, and Alyssa's contribution is a part part of that. Thank you, Michael Dick -------------------------

Opportutnites would be since this was our 11th car purchase from this dealership, found it a bit annoying to have to provide all our information - i.e. address, phone number etc. Also since all work on the vechicle we were trading in had been done at the dealership, should service not be able to provide service cost? Also, as the car was already appraised by the dealership, should they not be indicating the dents, scratches etc that are relevant and my wife and I merely signing we concur? I had left the vechicle we were trading in the night before with both set of keys, yet still had a delay for plates to be changed. I had made it clear the vechicle would be there to make this appointment quick. My insurance company also had not been notified of the completion. Just little things that my wife and I thought would have and basically should have been taken care of. Alyssa has helped in the past and her knowledge and explantion of features to wife were excellant. Just would have been nice to walk in, go over features and go which was our expectations given we had been in to sign all the paperwork.

Worst Service EVER!!!!

Our Kia Story: Well I have restrained from posting here and been MORE than understanding, patient and fair about this whole situation until now!!!....So here's our story: **First of all, we live in Red Lake ON, so we are 6 hours away from the Thunder Bay Kia Dealership and 5 hours away from the closest one to us (Winnipeg).We have tried to get as many oil changes as we can AT the dealership but have also had not the best "communication" from the dealership and not much "working to fit us in" when we are/were in the city. Despite us calling weeks in advance at times to try and make appts. So we do get our regular oil changes in our hometown at a licensed/certified mechanic.** We bought our vehicle in March 2011, It was a brand new 2010 Kia Borrego- 22kms on it and sticker price after all was said and done was close to $65 000. May 22, 2015 we took our vehicle in for a routine oil change here at one of our certified/licensed auto shops. I had been having some issues with going through a lot more oil than normal, fluids leaking and some "ticking" in the engine that I also wanted to get checked out. When having the routine checks done here and having the specific issues looked at they said that our "Lifters" were going and to bring it into the dealership ASAP for warranty work. Shortly after I called a few times to ask Kia about the problem and try and schedule an appt to get it in. No return call. I only drove it when I absolutely had to and made sure to check the fluids each time I went anywhere. Around June 18, it started acting up really bad and overheating the one day while I was picking my kids up from school. I stopped at the gas station and they said to go directly home and NOT drive it again until after I had the dealership look at it. I made the calls and the following Monday and the earliest Kia Canada/CAA could arrange to pick it up was Friday June 26th. Performance Kia 1st looked at our vehicle on June 29/2015. They said that they looked into leaks and checked all of the fluids etc and that everything was "OK". Needed a few small parts but nothing major. No vehicle was given to us, even though everything was covered under warranty, as our "parts were not back ordered" so there was no coverage for a rental. You'd think in this case the dealership would cover it and offer is a vehicle anyway with us being SO far away and having no other vehicle for our family, but that was not the case. And...a week later (July 6//15) still no vehicle. They replaced the steering hose once the parts came in, and at our request checked everything over again as we were POSITIVE there was something going on with the engine and were informed previously that our valves were "ticking" because the lifters were on their way out. After second check, still everything is "ok, so you can make arrangements to come pick up your vehicle now"

Cindy has a warm & genuine personality. She is down to earth, makes mistakes, and I wouldn't have wanted to deal with anyone different. Ari was able to work to get me financed even though I honestly went in with little hope. I am only a year and a bit out of a bankruptcy, and Kia stood by their word and successfully helped me. They helped me get s safe vehicle that I fell in love with. The staff I dealt with were all kind, friendly and made me feel welcomed in their establishment. The team I worked with all wanted to see me drive away in my Soul. I don't have all the words from the English language that would help me describe my joy. I made a connection with Cindy, like she got me, empathized with me and made me feel validated when it came to my thoughts & opinions. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go to Kia and purchase my 1st Soul.

My experience was amazing! Cindy did everything she could to make sure that I found a car that was reliable and also affordable. Cindy was very personable. I like the fact that she wasn't pushy..being a sales person myself I personally can't stand being harassed when shopping. She did a a really nice job making me feel like more than just a sale to her. I highly recommend cindy and also Ari to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. They did a fabulous job :-) thank you again!
