Bought my Kia from Nat at Performance Kia. Sales was excellent. Spoke with the Business Manager about payment options and 10 year warranty. Very efficient. Car was gone over by service department thoroughly. Car was delivered within 24 hours. Now, a week later I am still enjoying the ride along with that new car smell. Thanks Bruno for being my " new car dealer ".

Mistake made by purchasing new vehicle by CASH

Salesperson was very polite and friendly. There were few scratches on vehicle and it was stated over and over that as part of myself purchasing this vehicle it would be repaired by them. Once the deal went through and commission was made on vehicle any effort about anything on vehicle came from my end. Service after that became null and void. I brought vehicle in to be repaired and left same day with some of marks still there. Was told by Manager that he himself or my salesperson would call me next week to set up a date to repair vehicle properly. After 5 weeks of waiting I once again called and left message. No response. Called Manager again explained that I was still waiting..... And the rest of story is almost 3 months from date of purchase and vehicle is same as before I purchased it. Moral of story for me is that I truly feel I made mistake buying the vehicle as a cash purchase.

This is my 3rd Kia vehicle and I have enjoyed all of them. But I really love my new Sedona.!!!Johnathon was very helpful and knowledgable about the sedona.
