In the days leading up to the purchase of my new Kia Sorento, i had visited a number of dealerships and test drove a few vehicles, some with high pressure, others not really caring, especially if you didnt want to spend x number of dollars. So i kept looking.When i arrived at Kia, i felt as though i was getting HONEST help,Nat was very patient, and listened to the things that i was interested in.He did not pick the car i should buy....I DID.. while on a test drive, he answered many of my questions, and offered pertinent information. i felt very satisfied. Then into the finance office, where i was introduced to Charlene, a wonderful lady, who explained all my questions in great detail, which helped a great deal. purchasing a vehicle with Kia was a great choice for me, i would gladly recommend Kia to everyone i know, when looking for a new car.Thank you Kia, and a special thanks to Nat and Charlene,my Sorento drives beautifully and rides like a dream, and it is so pretty. The gents were very friendly. Efficient. Got me a car I really enjoy. The process was slow. Took almost 3 weeks. The salesman didn't have a lot of info about the car readily available. Specifically there was a dent in the car and a wheel cover was broken. Still is. I asked if it was in an accident. The salesman said no. At the time of signing. I found out from the finance manager that it actually was. I would like the dent in my car door fixed. But this is the only followup I have had with my purchase and I'm unsure of the process. Also my car starter won't work and my engine light came on. Please have some one contact me about maintainance. Thanks kerrie new 7087826

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Performance Kia. When I walk in the door I feel like my business is valued by the entire staff. Everyone is eager to help. The attitude here gives me a feeling of belonging and that the entire staff is interested in doing the best possible job. I have just recently taken delivery of a 2016 Sedona which is one of the best vehicles I have ever had. This is my fourth Kia and every one of them was excellent and gave stellar service. The Service department also gives stellar service. My entire association with Performance Kia has been most pleasant and that is why I continue to be a customer. Thank you for a job well done. Most recently oil change. Also in August when my vehicle died on the street and had to have roadside assistance take my vehicle in for repair.
