Service at Kia is always enjoyable. Love the staff and customer service. I love my new 2016 Kia Sorento :)

I booked an oil change and a check of my rust protection and was told it would be an hour. When I got there I was told it would take 4-5 hours. Obviously there was a mixup in communication. The oil change also cost $50+. I an get the same maintenance done elsewhere for under $40. I was also told that my next service really should be a complete ??? Check-up that would include a tire rotation and would be more than $150.

I brought my 09 Sorento in for a #4 service at 8 a.m.on Saturday Sept. 19,2015. I knew it would not be completed until Saturday afternoon some time but I at least expected a phone call at some point in the afternoon to give me an approximate completion time.Nothing. Had to phone at 4:15 to find out when it would be done,then make arrangements to come and pick it up before closing time at 5 p.m. During the service metal shavings and a 'chunk' of metal were found on the rear diff plug magnet. Mechanic showed me a picture but I wasn't given any recommendations by anybody about what should be done. I had to make the decision to come back on Monday and set up another appointment to have the rear diff inspected thoroughly. I was also told in a roundabout way that the rear diff had been replaced at some point but when I tried to find out when this was done I got no answer. Since I am not the original owner of the vehicle it would be nice to know these things. To this date I still don't know when or if the diff was replaced. Also wasn't told that the front brake pads were seized in the calipers,this was fixed during the service but the change in the feel of the brakes made me think something was wrong. While I find the work that was done satisfactory the complete lack of communication about a potentially serious problem makes it doubtful that I'd purchase another Kia product.

My first response just about says it all! All of the staff that I have dealt with demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the KIA Forte that I have. They are a great front line for creating the very important "first impression"!

The service people took care of us very well right from the moment we arrived till we left. They were pleasant and had a great smile. She asked if we wanted coffee or needed a ride anywhere while work was being done on our vehicle. What I liked the most was their sense of humour. Great service! Thanks.

They are always super patient with me and my two small children. The kids really enjoy coming with me to get an oil change because the live the kids area!!!

We were helped to thoroughly understand every aspect of what we were getting ourselves into. We did not feel stressed or uneasy walking out with our vehicle. So happy to have a safe and reliable vehicle now!
