My recent KIA purchase expereince was great. I like the dealership and great customer support. Bonus was the free pizza coupon I got for test driving the vehicle, also I referred a friend and I will soon receive a $100 for making that referral.

The service was excellent and I was driven home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. The driver also came to get me so I could pick up my vehicle.

I had the opportunity to watch the service work that was carried out. That is a valued benefit to me. I must say the shop is a bit disheveled - looking. Thankfully my service needs were limited to an oil change and the accompanying fluid levels and tire pressure check. Bob was a gracious host, helpful, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. I would be pleased to continue to return to this dealership service department for other services.

I bought a new Kia Soul in December and a friend noticed it had a ripple/bend in the hubcap a couple of months later. I hadn't noticed it but Kia looked at it and ordered and installed another one without hesitation or even a hint of blame (I hadn't hit anything!). They never even asked me, just did the service. It was refreshing and much appreciated. The staff there are all great. I particularly remember James and Crystal. Thanks, Kia!

When I came in for my oil change in January and when I was leaving I was told my block heater was in good working order... The only problem with this is I don't have a block heater in my car. I purchased it in Chatham in June, block heaters do not come standard down there. This makes me nervous as to whether they even changed my oil if they thought I had a block heater and I don't
