Bought my 2nd Volks at Bytek. Got a great deal got great service from start to finish. They honoured my warranty without question the first repair to be done. It's been the best car I've ever had, and by far the best buying experience I have ever had. I would encourage anyone to take a look at Bytek if they are looking for a new or used vehicle. I found the service even better than other VW dealers in the area. I can say with absolute certainty that Volks 3 will be coming from Bytek for sure when it's time to trade in. And if you're new to VW you just have to test one to see why that's all we drive after 1st. and yes I've owned and drove many types of cars previously.

Recently, I had my Volvo in the collision body shop to be fixed after a minor accident. On a good side, the repair was done well. I rated this shop 2 stars only because of really bad experience with the Mr. Bruce Babineau Collision Center Appraiser, who several times provided me with the wrong information as when my car will be ready, and in the last email informed that the car will be ready in October. After the intervention from my Insurance Company, I found a few days ago that... the car will be ready that day and so I have to go almost immediately and the return my rental car! I lost a lot time making arrangements as to what to do because of his mis-information and would not like to go through such experience ever again.

I had some body work done on an old beat up and filthy Golf. Honestly, I only got work done because of a freak incident and the towing company was covering the cost. I brought the vehicle in after a 2 week camping trip with kids, so it was disgusting. Not only did Bytek do a great job on the repairs, I was ASTOUNDED by the detailing. My car has never been so clean, fresh and spotless. I was ashamed that someone had to clean my nasty car. Just wanted to tip my cap to the staff at Bytek, you went over and above. Fantastic job. Thanks!!!
