Amanda was extremely helpful in getting us into our 2020 Golf. Our third Passat finally needed to be replaced and we needed a car to get us into the new year when we hope to receive our new ID.4. Bought a new Jetta for my son this week. Excellent experience from start to finish. Quick response on my initial email. Dilhan was tremendous in his approach, knowledge and sales process. The car delivery was done in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend the dealership and Dilhan.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Showed up to test drive a car TWO full hours before closing time and was ignored at the door as multiple sales people walked by with only one other customer in the store. After 10 minutes of waiting I was finally acknowledged when I made eye contact with someone in the upstairs office looking down at me laughing. No apologies were given. Would not recommend wasting your time here.

Hi Jake, and I’m so sorry about your experience yesterday. The showroom was actually quite busy, and we had a number of appointments/ deliveries. Also, because it can hard to track every client in the showroom, we do have a Receptionist, who will be happy to help and address your sales/service/ parts requirements. Great sales experience with Alex Grigorescu. All details of sale were upfront and accurate. Alex was not pushy or aggressive, it was a calm easy sales process. When i buy my next car i will definitely go a talk to Alex. If you are looking to by a VW in Ottawa don't bother visiting the other dealers just go to Bytek and talk to Alex.
