I had my car serviced for the 1st time at Murray Hyundai and the customer service is exceptional. I recommend this dealership for getting service done. Very well organized. Very friendly staff.

I would like to send a HUGE thank you to Craig at Murray Hyundai! Friendly, experienced and especially most enjoyable experience I've had. Answered me right away, and got me test driving the vehicle that was hard for me to find in a lot within an hour. Totally my new go to guy! Thanks Craig and Jocelyn for making my day! :)

TERRIBLE SERVICE... I have had my car with the collision department for 10weeks now Initially i was told it will take 4-6 weeks for them get the front bumper. (I know people who got into accident after me and have got their cars repaired already )…….and Since then i have had 0… literally ZERO calls , text , emails…. 0 ZERO follow-up … in fact i had to call them 3 times just to ask if they have any updates….told me “ will give you a call back by the evening “ …never got a call back ….. 0 responsibility, 0 follow-up, 0 Customer service…and yeah they do not respect your time either…….I will not recommend bringing your car into their collision centre….Worst experience i have ever had with Hyundai…..
