Hoang brought the CRV to my house, when it was to cold for the kids and Wife to go. Now that is a salesman who cares for his clients. There is numerous choices for auto's now, the sales made the difference.

Loved my 2 civics as gas prices were a little higher in Ontario. When I arrived here 3 years ago, I googled Sherwood Honda and decided to get my car serviced there. Haven't regretted it since. Don't think I've met a person that didn't have a smile on their face, and must have been approached at least 6 times while I was waiting to drive off the property with my new Accord. I may have bought a second. I'll need to check. Previously dealt with Lakeshore Honda in Toronto for 33 years, buying Hondas, Subaru and Hyundai. If I have another 33 in me [never know] and stay in Alberta, Sherwood Honda will always be the choice. Oh, and after only a 20 minute drive back to the city, the car is absolutely fabulous. Well done Sherwood Honda!!!!

I had recently posted a review explaining my purchase of an extended warranty program from Sherwood Honda's financing deptartment. There was a miscommunitcation during the original sale. The managment has shown that their customers are valuable and have worked with me to come to a timely resolution. In my disussions, the GM made it very clear that maintaining customer loyalty is very important and was very open to discussing a solution. Prior to my previous review I had not had a chance to discuss the situation with the dealership GM. I would remove my previous review if I knew how. The dealership was wonderful to work with on the purchase of the vehicle and the attention I recieved in resolving the warranty issue was great. I will continue to be a customer of Sherwood Honda!
