Experience at Sherwood Hindai

I am delighted to be back at Sherwood Honda. The staff did everything to make my purchase smooth and satisfying. Had this experience before and I am having it again.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was dealt with in a very professional and congenial manner. Allowing potential buyers to test drive vehicles on their own shows trust and respect. At no time did I feel pressure to buy any vehicle and when I did decide to purchase, I felt my 'negotiation' with price was fair-some dealerships take the 'negotiation' step out of the equation and thus I will never buy from those dealerships. Financing of vehicle went smooth and I was able to complete transaction the way I wanted without question. Hoang Quan, the sales consultant I dealt with was excellent. He answered all my questions and was 'professional' in every manner. I look forward with the service end of my new vehicle throughout the warranty life of the vehicle. At this time, I would not hesitate purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership again and would recommend to others to consider likewise.

After traveling all over the city looking for a used vehicle, we landed at Sherwood Honda! We experienced disappointment after disappointment from so many different dealers throughout the day, ranging from not disclosing all of the costs, to not having the vehicle ready to test drive, flat tire, snow covered, jerry can of fuel in the front seat, to dead battery. We called 15 minutes before showing up at Sherwood Honda and the Acadia we wanted to look at was parked in front of the building running and the seats were warming up. It wa sa cold December day. Robert Siffledeen and the staff made our experience with them from beginning to end as pleasant as you could. I would recommend this location to everyone.

I am a convert to dealer mechanical services. This is due to the service that I have received from Carolyn at Sherwood Honda. I always receive a phone call outlining work that needs to be done on my vehicle. Carolyn is patient and is willing to discuss spacing out the work in priority sequence. I trust the advice that I am getting. The shuttle service is a great addition, allowing maintenance work to be mostly worry free. I feel like my concerns are heard and responded to at Sherwood Honda.

Getting the vehicle serviced is always a piece of cake. And getting the tires mounted recently (and the car washed complimentary) was taken care of promptly, and the service coordinator, Natalie, I think, was terrific. I love getting my vehicle serviced at your dealership.
