I had a great experience with Honda, I found the car that met mine and my 3 sons needs quickly, the staff I encountered were fun

I had many questions about purchasing and driving my new vehicles as I met with the Sales person, financer, manager and "Bob. I gained insight about the process of purchasing a vehicle that met my current needs. The staff I encountered were easy to talk to, fun and we shared a few laughs. They were knowledgeable, respectful and eager to please. I have talked to a friend recently who is looking for a car and referred her to Honda Dealership and told her that no one hounded me as soon as I walked into the dealership, when I had questions I approached Dylan who was free and eager to assist.

We first arrived at the dealership late on a Sunday afternoon, and Dylan stayed late to help us start our search. He was polite, friendly and helpful throughout, despite the fact that we were probably not the easiest customers to satisfy.

We absolutely loved our experience at Sherwood Honda! We stopped in on a whim... were not stalked in the parking lot, or pressured in any way. We mentioned a vehicle we had seen online, and were directed to that vehicle (and not a newer, more expensive model). We were left alone to check out the vehicle, and chat it over as a family. We got a straight answer when we asked for a 5 yr loan. Robert ran the #'s immediately, and did not have to 'go talk to his manager'. He not only made sure we got what WE wanted, and not what he wanted to sell us, but ensured we were happy when we drove off in our new wheels. Every one of our requests was dealt with promptly and without hassle. Hands down best experience in Sherwood Park!

New vehicle purchase

We purchased out first ever new vehicle. Andy was very pleasant, helpful and informative. There was never any pressure. He gave us the information that we needed and let us make up our own minds. We have only had our CR-V for three days and I already love it!! Thank you Andy & Sherwood Honda. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Dylan may be just starting out in car sales, but his knowledge of the product and his enthusiasm made this the most agreeable car buying experience I have ever had. He was courteous, was willing to spend whatever time it took to make sure we understood features of the vehicle we were interested in, and although keen, we did not feel he applied any unpleasant pressure to close the deal. Dylan was efficient without being unduly pushy, something we very much appreciated. We also appreciated his willingness to make himself available to us, even after hours, if we had any questions. We wish Dylan much success and offer our thanks for his great service.

Really appreciated that I wasn't "pushed" to buy my Civic. If I asked a question, and the answer wasn't readily known, the staff were quick to reply.

Hoang provided excellent service! HE was fast, efficient and understands our needs. We looked at the same Van at Alberta Honda, and swear to never go back. Alberta Honda, lures you in believing the vehicle is cheaper than all the other dealer ships. Their lack of customer services was so disppointing. Their sales team sucks! The saleman that help us out at Alberta Honda acutally told us we were wasting his time. After purchasing our Van at your location, Hoang, made sure he was there when we picked up the Van and also called us after to see how the drive was. There was a lack of communications. There were chips on the bumper of my Van, Hoang has asked the service department to give me a call and arrange for it to be fixed. After two weeks and no calls, I called Hoang and ask him what was the problem. Apparently, someone forgot to call us. I also ordered seat covers from your office and had to ask Hoang about them again. I did get a call yeterday from your office about fixing my bumper. I advised her that this is a busy month for me and that i will not be able to bring the van in until next year January 9, 2014. I later got a call today from Enterprise, advising me that Honda as booked me a loaner car and asked when i was going to pick it up. I think traiing is still lacking in the service department, however the Sale department is great.

Hoang made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment we walked in the dealership. He ensured our buying experience was smooth and easy. We will definitely recommend him and the dealership to family and friends....in fact I just made a recommendation today
