Todd is the best. My power steering went on me. Todd went out of his way to help me and get me back on the road. All the staff there are very friendly. They saved me money and made a customer for life. Again thank you for helping me out.

Four and a half stars! Great as usual. Trevor in service is still as thorough, friendly and has a good story even after almost 20 years of service, and Scott (our "go to" sales professional) is a great guy who will take the time to check in and make sure everything is all good, no matter how busy he is. Nice lounge with 4 TV's, free coffee and tea. Always clean, always friendly, no pressure, and will always make you feel welcome. I'm in Burlington, but just by me driving to Brantford should speak as to how great this dealership is.

Had snow tires removed at Brantford Honda. As always service is amazing, friendly and efficient. Trevor is the best. The one thing that has changed is the way to book a service appt. Find the procedure to be inefficient and impersonal; wish they would go back to the previous method which was super friendly and organized.

It was really my first visit to Branford Honda and l was impressed with the professional quality of the staff. There was going to be along wait as the car was to undergo the 168,000 maintenance work to be done. Trevor offered a shuttle to my home or I could stay which I did as I was interested in how they handled things and in my opinion they did very well. I was able to have coffee and read my book. My only disappointment was that they could not update my navigation data that day. Trevor has assured me that we can get that out of the way with the arrival with data fob. Overall, my experience with Brantford has been very good, from the facility to a great staff that took care of me.
