The service adviser was great. Explained everything and all work was to as expected . Car was fixed and clean. Great team Brantford Honda!!

It’s funny how the say Honda is reliable but I had better deals for as is cars on Kijiji and private sales then the Honda dealership. Last car that I bought as is lasted me 5 years and the called the previous owner to filter the carfax properly. I got a car from Honda as is and it blows up in 32 days and they didn’t even follow up with me after to told them what has happened. So thanks for nothing Honda. I’m definitely happy I got my new car with Nissan. Sincerely an unhappy customer. Ps Mike Emmerson from Nissan gave me the best deal on a 2020 new Nissan Qashqai. He’s the man.

Lehi, I understand that the 2012 Terrain SLE-1 that you purchased as "UNFIT: “The motor vehicle sold under this contract is being sold “as-is” and is not represented as being in roadworthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition.”. At no time did we mislead you. Enjoy your new Qashqai. Sorry your Terrain didn't work out. Brought my brand new car in for a defective part replacement under warranty and they scratched my brand new car right though the paint! I left upset, hurt and questioning the quality of the service that they did.

Everyone at Brantford Honda is very friendly and helpful. Trevor was especially helpful during my last visit for service on my CRV. He took the time to explain everything that would be done to my vehicle and answered all of my questions. They have great hot chocolate too!
