My experience with Branford Honda has always been great!! Yesterday Todd was my go to and right from the time I entered the shop he was there to answer all my questions and when work was complete he came and got me, he then explained what they did and what they recommend for next checkup. Then the last thing Todd did was take my money… sense of humour is a great asset 😂

Aaron Alonzo was amazing when we talked about trading in my leased vehicle. I don’t give reviews lightly, but would highly recommend dealing with him if you’re looking for a new vehicle. 5-and-a-half stars.

Bought my 2019 Honda civic back in June of 2022 and everything seemed fine but then recently it was brought to my attention that beneath my car there is suppose to be something covering my engine from below and it was completely missing. I made an appointment and brought my car to Brantford Honda for it to get looked at where it was confirmed that there was in fact nothing there covering my engine, I tried explaining to Jeff that if there was nothing there then the car was sold to me just like that and he went on to say that they would have had to do a full inspection and if it were missing something would have been in the notes and they would have replaced it because that is needed underneath, so right there I am basically being called a liar and not being listened to when I know that I have never done anything to my car except for the basics maintenance and myself alone drives my car so I know no one took anything off. I also went on to call the dealership when I got home to see if someone would listen to me and I just got told that the part is not important and isn’t needed and that they have my info and will get back to me and was dismissed. I used to see myself as a lifelong customer at brantford Honda as this was not my first car from them but now I’m questioning that.

Very good and honest service, especially with their advisor Todd , and also to Jeff that always friendly.Todd is always helpful and being honest with the work getting done before they do it. Excellent job guys with our Black edition CRV2020!;)
