It was really my first visit to Branford Honda and l was impressed with the professional quality of the staff. There was going to be along wait as the car was to undergo the 168,000 maintenance work to be done. Trevor offered a shuttle to my home or I could stay which I did as I was interested in how they handled things and in my opinion they did very well. I was able to have coffee and read my book. My only disappointment was that they could not update my navigation data that day. Trevor has assured me that we can get that out of the way with the arrival with data fob. Overall, my experience with Brantford has been very good, from the facility to a great staff that took care of me.

The service was well done, however $98.00 for an oil change is unbelievable, this is no fault of the staff, we will not be doing that again!

Always an easy experience at Brantford Honda. Service advisor even offered to buff out a spot from my vehicle. Had a recall I didn’t know about. He thoroughly explained it and completed it. I live in Cambridge and always drive to brantford Honda for all my service needs

It was a standard oil change which went smoothly and without surprises. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had a nice conversation with Laura - I always appreciate it when the boss is very approachable.

We've driven from Hamilton to this Brantford dealer for our sales and service for over 15 years. From the moment you drive into the Service Advisor staging area, you're made to feel like part of the Honda family. The advisors are the first point of contact and do a great job of listening to the customer. The work is done in a reasonable amount of time and they follow-up after your service visit. I have no problem recommending Brantford Honda to friends or family.
