Great staff here. The service was excellent and efficient. Stored my winter tires for a very low fee too. Car was washed and looked like new.

Purchasing a vehicle at Murray Hyundai was a great experience. I can’t say the same for the service department. I scheduled an oil change appointment for 9am. They called me to confirm and asked whether I will be dropping off the car or staying. I told them I would be staying as I have to ride. They told they would have to change it to 11am to accommodate seating for a safe Covid environment. I said that would be fine. I get to my appointment and they say to me, “so your dropping off the car as it won’t be done for 4 to 5 hours.” I explained what I was told over the phone. It didn’t matter. Bottom line is DON’T waste my time Murray Hyundai! I left and will find a place that will accommodate the needs of its clients better.

Came here for my regular car oil change and I'm happy with my experience. Polite and addressed all my concerns. I remember they suggested options to be included but did not forced me as I'm also doing some of my vehicle maintenance.

The service department is extremely unhelpful and denies all accountability for service that was supposed to be under warranty.

On Wednesday march 17th at 8:00 I dropped my car off without an appointment made because it was stalling on me multiple times. I live and work out of town. I understand they have a busy schedule with booked appointments but the vehicle was unable to be driven. I have an extended warranty. I am disappointed and concerned for two main reasons. I still do not have any clear explaination as to what is wrong with my vehicle except for engine failer. I told the service provider that I was in need of a replacement vehicle and was told that I needed to wait for paper work to go through. Tomorrow will be Friday and I have been without a vehicle for three days. The service provider said that he also needs to extend the amount of days that I need the replacement vehicle, once this paper work goes through because of the parts that need to be ordered for my vehicle and the amount of work that needs to be done on the engine. I need some real clarity as to what exactly is wrong with the engine because this vehicle is less than 4 years old and I should be covered under the extended warranty to be provided a replacement vehicle. If it wasn't through the kindness of others I would have had to miss three days of work so far.

They are great and very professional, very accomdative, Thapar Sumit is one of the and even people at the service department. I hope that they will take good care of our cars up till the end!!!

This was my first new car. Had such a great experience with buying the car last Jan. ( even though I didn’t get the bow) Tony was a great salesperson. I have had some minor issues in the first year. The one issue was resolved very fast. The second one seems to be part of the cars design and although there seems to not be a fix the staff have been very friendly and very helpful though-out especially Jessica As she was the point of contact and was always so friendly. And the car wash. You guys do a great job. It’s so nice to get a super clean car when picking up the car, Even if it’s just an oil change!!!
