The replacement of the winter tires was fine. The problem I had with the rear hatch was not addressed properly I feel. I complained that the hatch did not stay closed unless I slammed it. The service dept said that they ran the vehicle over bumps and twists and turns and had no problem. I didn't either if I slammed it but if you just used normal closing pressure the hatch sometimes sprung open while driving. I was not in contact with the service person to explain the situation.

Tony was waiting for me for my appointment. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and explained the features . He was able to assist me in getting what I wanted for my trade in. Tony explained the features of the car I chose when I pick up my Venue. Tony is the only salesman I want to work with. He is amazing.

In buying a new vehicle the initial offer, I felt was very fair, so there was no need for negotiations which I will not do when I go to a dealership. Either the offer is good from the start or I walk away. Staff made me feel like a valued customer and were very accommodating as we were from outside the city. We have not had the vehicle in for servicing yet so can not comment but the sales staff and people in finance were excellent to deal with.

I was very disappointed with your service yesterday (Nov. 27, 2020). An oil change should not take 4 hrs. He had an appointment, first thing Saturday morning. He arrived before 8AM and did not leave until closer to 12PM. Even though he had an appointment, other dropped-ins were taken before him because they arrived before him. We would love to continue being your customer, but this experience is very unsatisfying. I hope you work out a better work the priorities or don't bother making appointments.
