Would not buy a toy car from this sales team. Very rude and was insisting that I had to make the decision that day to sign the only deal they had for me. All I did was call earlier that day they said to come look as some options and they were pressuring me to close the deal that same day!

Do you happen to recall who your sales consultant was? Unfortunately we cannot find your name in our system. Might it perhaps be under a different name? Was the vehicle you came in to look at a “final order” vehicle? If so, then there may have been some urgency on the part of the sales consultant to finalize the deal to ensure you didn’t lose the opportunity to acquire the vehicle. Given the current situation, and a shortage of new cars, if you had ordered a vehicle and decided not to move forward, it would have been passed on to the next person on the waiting list. Perhaps the sales consultant’s enthusiasm and excitement unfortunately was mistaken for pressure in this case. If there is anything we can do to help make amends, please feel free to contact our General Sales Manager, Richard Eccleston, at 204-269-5555. He would be more than happy to speak with you.

My sister in laws car was towed in for a new battery one week ago. They have not even started. William says they don’t know when it will get looked at. The seervice advisor doesn’t return calls. I’ve never experienced such shocking poor service. We cslled the service manager and GM. Don’t use them to service your car.

At this time we do not have any outstanding vehicles in our system though. Is it possible that her vehicle has been serviced and returned to her now? Thank you, Tony Dang, for your excellent help with the purchase of our new Kona EV! So cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding throughout ... right down to finding and returning my garage door opener after the sale when I left it in my old car :) ... Much appreciated! Of course, we hope we're set now in the vehicle department for some time to come but will ask for you if we're ever looking for a new vehicle again.

Very nice experience, specially the people on the dealership, so welcoming and very professionals.Very good Service Advisor, a great thanks to Spencer Strike for being so nice, explained everything about my vehicle.I checked my vehicle when l got home and so very happy that it was done the service perfectly.
