1.18.21 EDITED... I was contacted by the salesman who helped me and he offered me a gift card in exchange for changing my review to Hyundai. Instead of asking what went wrong he just wanted to pay me to change it. He did help me get in contact with the finance team. But other than that did nothing but offer me a gift card to change my review. I declined and did not change it. So now over a month later I get a text from him telling me he wont get paid from Hyundai until summer time. I feel this is very inappropriate of him. I will be calling his manger and Hyundai directly to complain. Very Very unprofessional. The only reason I am not giving them only one star is because their service department was good to work with. I do not recommend this dealership. I had done all my research and had my financing set up. Bought the car I wanted on Friday. The salesman was not great to work with and seemed lazy. Since we bought the car I have asked him several times about getting the Blue Link set up. He kept telling me he would get it taken care of. Today Wednesday I finally called and got ahold of the person that sets it up and she got it set up in under 5 minutes. Something the salesman should have done and clearly was not hard to get done. The finance person we dealt with was great to deal with that is why I gave 2 stars. But they have not finished processing the financing. Again all they have to do it send to my bank as I was already pre-approved by my bank. So this should not have been to hard either. I feel like I was the perfect customer had my car picked and my financing done. I am hoping the maintenance department is better when I have to take my car in for service.

Hi Dawn, We take customer experience and feedback very seriously. I'm sorry to hear of your experience and would like to investigate this further. It is not Murray Hyundai policy to offer our customers incentives to either leave a review or to alter one. Would you mind please sharing with me the name of your sales consultant? I assure you that this will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately on our end.

We bought our original Hyundai (Santa Fe) in 2008. We received such great service that when we decided to upgrade our vehicle we headed straight back to Murray Hyundai. We were met by Kenan. Kenan literally bent over backwards to please us and thanks to him and a good price, we drove off with a 2021 Tucson!! Happy campers!! Thanks Kenan and the two Scotts!!

Dec 9 2020 Update So i guess not all sales person are equal, even in the same dealership. I went back after received the comment below from the owner. Lea and manager Graham are beyond professional and more than pleasant to work with. I have visited a few dealership this week so far they are the best. Unfortunately, we cannot make a deal at the moment which mostly due to leasing program. However I am more than willing to make a purchase from Murray Hyundai in the near future once their new Santa Fe and Tucson arrives . ========================================================== Dec 7 2020 I was thinking to do a lease buy out of my nissan. Went to Murray Hyundai and the Chinese sales guy was telling me I have to pay off at nissan because they cannot do a lease buy out ... I mean, are you serious ???? Then why not just lease another nissan then ?>

UPDATE: Hi Timur. We are so very glad to hear that things were straightened out. We appreciate you taking the time to come back and explore options with us. It's unfortunate that were unable to get you into a Hyundai at this time, but we look forward to the day when we can welcome you to the Hyundai family. We're confident that it will be soon. Please stay safe and stay healthy. Happy holidays to you. ======== Hi Timur. Thank you for reaching out to us. We take our customer experience and feedback very seriously and we apologize if there was a miscommunication when you were here. We were under the impression that you were looking to sell your vehicle. If that was the case, then yes, you would need to work with Nissan. However, if you were looking to trade in your Nissan and move into a new Hyundai, then we would be more than happy to work with you to see if we could do a lease buyout. Our General Sales Manager, Scott Smith, would very much like to chat with you if you are so inclined. Please feel free to call him at 204-269-5555.
