Great sales experience, mediocre finance experience.

Sales representative was great! Tool the time to address all of our questions and helped us find the vehicle we needed! The finance department was extra pushy with services that we didn't need and didn't mention some other charges that would have been included in the final bill.

Purchase of my new truck

I searched online and found a truck on special at SMP in Saskatoon. I was contacted by SMP salesman - Dan Barrett - who promptly answered all my questions, and forwarded documentation I requested on the truck. Arrangements were made for my wife and I to see the truck today, 2015-05-09. The day started off with a drive from home in White City, to Saskatoon to view and test drive the truck - a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD double cab 4x4 long box. The test drive went very well - Jilene Allan came with us and explained a lot of the features on the truck - she knows he stuff! We met with Dan back at the dealership, and proceeded through the various steps required to buy the truck. Before too long, I had the bill of sale for the truck and we were directed to the nearest SGI office to register my new truck - exciting to say the least! We drove back to the dealership and plated my truck. I left the truck with the dealership to have 3M Rock Guard, undercoating and clear coat sealer applied. I purchased a bed liner - also to be installed at the dealership. All went very well, but it was tough leaving the truck behind. Jilene helped us with the blue tooth pairing and the Onstar activation. I have a set of keys with me, plus the manuals to read. We plan to pick up the truck on our way back from Edmonton on Victoria Day. I certainly do not want to wish my time away, but it will be hard to wait for the day I pick up my new truck. I would most certainly recommend Dan and his sales team at SMP to any of my friends looking to buy a new vehicle.

Dealt with SMP from out of province over the phone and through the Internet they have been very professional and thorough , truck was exactly as they described it to be . I have never had a purchasing experience like this one thank you SMP

Awesome, a dream come true

I was looking for a specific car at a certain price and was told one will arrive in a few weeks. I was informed when it arrived, and was sent pictures. I was made to feel important and a priority. Kennedy made our dream car a reality. She presented as kind, friendly and genuine.
