Car was ready on time. Zel was great. We like the new car. It took the backoffice 3 times to get the ownership corrected and fixed but they made up for it by delivering the new one.

I strongly recommend Audi West Ottawa, Specialist Ping Guo was super nice with us. We got a Q5 and Customer service and Audi car service were there when needed.

I've had a bad and poor experience with this dealer since I bought the car 2 years ago. I tried to reach the Service manager to express some of my concerns, but I haven’t heard from him yet. It’s sad considering the price you pay for the cars but such a poor service. By the way, my name on the contract is not spelled correctly. That is probably why you could not find my name in service or sales.
