Mark Motors scratched my new car and didn't tell me when they do camera installation! No Apologize, No Compensation, No Replace (with Rim Protection) After camera installation, the lights have something wrong sometimes I found my new rs7 got scratches when I pick the car up. And I let them fixed it. This is second time they scratched my car I had 6 audis. Really love Audi, but mark Motors's service is not good

Thank you for your feedback. Your concerns were discussed between the General Manager and the Service Manager at Audi West Ottawa, where the camera installation was performed. First, as for the rim damage, Audi West Ottawa did discuss the matter with the company providing the rim protection coverage as you mentioned. There position is identical to ours, considering the light damage on the rim, they ask that it be repaired ( to your satisfaction). Second, as for the damaged clear shield on the side window of the passenger side, we will replace it at no cost to you. Both tasks will be carried out promptly and we will ensure you are satisfied with the work carried out. Please contact us at 613-723-1221.

Service is not good They make u pay into coverage and wen it come time to use it they try and find a way to not pay Make u drive away with un safe tires

Absolutely beautiful place. Very professional and very punctual. Ordered a part and was in and out just like that. They follow the covid screening to a tee. Great front staff and overall great atmosphere. Really wanted to buy a new vehicle just entering that place. Unreal!

Recently purchased a new Q8 from the dealership. David Li is fantastic to deal with and puts a lot of effort to provide top notch client satisfaction. It was our fourth car that we bought for them due to the great customer experience and service. Definitely recommend them for purchasing or servicing.

I went to have my summer tires installed on my Q3, on Friday, April 16th. I went in the dealership (service area) and was "greeted" by a rude and unprofessional receptionist. No hello, no how are you. All she said to me in an abrupt tone was: "you here for service? Write your name & phone number here and put your keys in the envelope". I couldn't believe it. I just looked at her and went to sit down. She had the same demeanor with the other customers who came after me. I did complain to the service manager and the dealership manager who were very apologetic. Nevertheless, this was another bad experience at this particular dealership. From rude and unprofessional service to them lying about stuff that needed to get done on my car that did not need to be done . I wanted to change my current Q3 for another Audi but after this last experience, I decided to trade-in my Audi for another car.
