Over-the-top customer service and accommodations. They went above and beyond to accommodate for me as I had to transport a car from Toronto to Ottawa as part of the trade-in deal for a new Audi S4. I have witnessed a great deal of patience and they were very understanding of any concern(s) I had. I highly recommend Audi Mark Motors of Ottawa if you're looking for an awesome deal, customer service and overall satisfaction, not only during purchase, but even after! Sales Review: I owned a used Audi but wanted a new one for a 2nd vehicle. I booked an appointment weeks in advance with a Mark Motors sales rep. The original invitation had been received by way of a Mark Motors VIP Customer Invitation. The irony of this is astounding. When I arrived, I waited at least 15 minutes. When the receptionist noticed I had become agitated, she checked the whereabouts of the sales rep. She told me, and I quote, "the sales rep had a good long standing customer show up so he is working with him right now". Now I was furious and couldn't even think to stay any longer. Service Review: Do not take a used Audi that is not covered under warranty to this location. They are inept. It took me several $1,000's of dollars to discover this. There are a few good after-market Audi service shops in town. I encourage you to go anywhere else but Mark Motors for service. Here are just a few mishaps I experienced: 1. They put my life in danger. They replaced the front wiper motor assembly. Around $1500. Driving down the freeway in a zero-visibility flash storm, the wipers literally blew off the car. I was blind and driving 100kph in heavy traffic. I somehow pulled over to the curb without injury. Thankfully I didn't have my kids in the car. When I got the vehicle back to Mark Motors service, there was only blame cast on the age of the vehicle. It was around 5 years old with 115K km's. 2. My engine coolant light came on driving home from a regular service interval. Mark Motors told me to bring it back. Perhaps "their tech didn't fill the coolant all the way, or a bubble was in there". I re-scheduled a 2nd appointment. Returning home, the low coolant light came back on. I re-scheduled a 3rd appointment. "We can't see any external leaks which means the leak must be internal into the crankcase" they tell me. This could cost a lot of $ to disassemble the engine - $1,000's. By this time, I had resolved to sell my Audi so I would never have to set foot in this dealership again. I told them not to fix it. I picked up the vehicle, picked up some European engine coolant from Canadian Tire, topped up the coolant myself and lo and behold, that low coolant light never came back on again. Ever. Through all of the various mishaps mentioned and unmentioned, trusty ol' Bernie was there at the Mark Motors service desk to condescend. I honestly have no idea why management has this man in a service role. He obviously doesn't enjoy his job. Interesting to note as well, those pesty dealer surveys that come into your email inbox after every service, the ones they always ask you to complete, never show up after they know they royally screwed up. I love Audi's but not enough to continue enduring this dealership. One expects "white glove" service with a luxury German automobile brand. Mark Motors needs a serious culture change.

All encounters with the staff at Mark Motors were pleasant and informative. Deb was very patient with us, and expended much effort in identifying both new and used vehicles which fit our purchase requirements. When we were ready to leave with our new Audi, Kallie was extremely helpful with familiarizing us with the operational features, and encouraged us to call with follow-up questions.
