Zel provided an above average service all the way though the transaction, which in this case, lasted 4 months. Contrary to some other car salesperson he listen to my needs instead of pushing a monthly rate on me. He was open to negotiation and kept me up-to-date on car delivery date. Very nice experience for me. Thank you.

I visited the dealer to look at a 2018 A4, was met by my audi brand specialist Jeff Broughton. Jeff had warmed up the vehicle prior to rriving the vehicle, and through out my time there was offered beverages to keep me comfortable. During the drive Jeff pointed out and explained each function and how to access them. Jeff made the drive comfortable and relaxing by providing me a suggested route. After the test drive I noticed a A5 on the lot, even though I was looking at the A4 Jeff still took the to show me thr A5. Afterwards we headed inside to start the prpcess of pricing. Throughout the process I never felt pressured to leave with the vehicle, Jeff broke down and explained all the numbers. By the end we had tea and accepted a price that was fair for both parties. Jeff then congratulated me on the new purchase and kindly sent me to Julie Dugas to finalise the purchase. Fastforward to delivery day, Jeff showed up to the dealership to ensure a happy delivery. This of course is normal but Jeff actually showed up on his day off, it really showed his dedication to me as a customer and the brand as a whole. The experience was comfortable. The service was exceptional. I have never been happier to join a brand.

Shopping with no pressure. Kirk Witt and everybody I dealt with were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were flexible and found the Q5 with the options I wanted. I was buying out of province, they took time to find out about the process and help me through the transaction. The price was good and they were honest at all time diring the transaction. The experience was above any other dealership I went before. Thank you!
