An excellent experience in buying a car

Buying a car can be stressful but Deb Purdy was knowledgable, personable, respectful and made the whole experience a pleasant transaction from the test drive, negotiation and presentation of the purchase vehicle.

Very nice place. Modern interior and beautiful cars. Staff is friendly and honest. Large windows that look into the shop make it interesting to watch your car being worked on. Parking is easily accessible and many places to shop and eat right across the street. They have a variety of bagels and scones and coffee selections for free. Service was done in a timely manner and the advisors are thorough.

I perished 2 Audi vehicles from Lana Ortiz over the last two years, one RS3 and just recently an A7. Both times, Lana acted very professionally ans knowledge ans spent as much time with me as necessary. Lana was very helpful in negotiations, not pushy and I felt that she was acting in my best interests. On pickup, I met Kim (sales manager) who was eager to make sure I had a very memorable and pleasurable experience. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my experience with the dealership. .
