Some of the rudest and most condescending service I have ever received. By both Mark motors and audi Canada. I will go out of my way to Montreal or Toronto to not deal with any mark motors franchise.

I was quite happy with my first Audi Q7 and opted for second Q7. It is going to be 3 years, but all I could drive was less than 20,000 KMS. Service has gone so bad over the years. People work hard but chaotic situation every time I walk in. Lies, more lies and even more lies. My second Q7 has few issues and they couldn't fix them. All they give me are excuses. I even talked to the service manager but to no resolution. My next stop would the manager or owner of Mark Motors.
