Amir and Moe, and Joe really worked hard to get me the fantastic deal of the Decade on my new Genesis Luxury sedan that we had to transport from 200 km north of Calgary, because there were no models like that near here! ( Black with Beige Napa Leather interior ! ) I got the Rust protection module, Paint protection, Leather Protection, 8 year Premium Extended warranty bumper -to-bumper, all included at a price $5000. less than EVERY other dealership could give me !! I took advantage of the" Hyundai Pays the sales tax" promotion and the dealer discounts, and saved over $12,000. on a $55,000. car ! At Bank Street Hyundai, we are treated like family ! That is why we have bought two Tucsons, a Sonata Limited, and two Genesis Sedans there in the past 12 years, and we have referred friends who have bought 4 Hyundai vehicles too !

Surreal experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. Never ever I cross paths with so unprofessional selling team. I made an appointment to test drive a second hand car (not Hyundai). I arrive on time, and the person I had the appointment with was with other costumers (what is understandable and perfectly fine), so he refer me to one of his colleagues. One minute after introductions they let me know that one of the tires has a hole and they are waiting on the mechanic to change the tire ( so far still understandable, this can happen). We go to the car and the salesman let me know that he did not even know that car existed ( he knew the brand but not the model), so I explain him about the features of the car (I am still understanding because I wouldn´t know about that model because I just discover it a month ago, but I am not selling it). He asked me if I want to listen to the engine while we wait for the mechanic, and I agree.... when he goes to switch on the car.....no battery. (Still can happen, it is an old car, even if I want to sell the car I would be sure it runs). Anyway, he try to start the car connecting it to another car with jumper cables, but the car does not start... at this point he is clueless of what is wrong with the car , so he goes to get help from another colleague. This new person arrive mentioning that it could be the an alarm system, but as soon as he turns the key he realize that the car has an empty tank, NO FUEL....... At this point I cannot avoid a huge smile on my face and inside I am laughing so much inside. Thank you, you make my day. Fun team, not if you want to buy a car, but good to have a good laugh.

We visited this dealership twice with very specific needs in a vehicle as it was to tow behind our motorhome. Our salesman, Stu Dodge, was helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. While our first visit didnt result in a purchase, a month later we returned and once again, Stu was his helpful, friendly and knowledgeable self. We found a vehicle to fit our needs, made an offer and within a very short time with limited "dickering", had a deal...almost. we discovered there was only one key and one fob to the vehicle. Again, Stu made some calls, chatted with the manager and they agreed to have an extra key made. And we had a deal. We needed the car soon and the response was ... no problem. We were very pleased with the low key, laid back sales style of our salesman, no pushiness or pressure, delighted with pur purchase, and left happy customers. If you are in the market for a used car, we highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai! Thanks Stu Dodge!
