Great experience purchasing our 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Sam was great with us and worked within the price points that we were willing to play. We choose a colour that was not on their lot and made every effort to track it down through their car dealership networks in Ontario. Delivery and order came as promised and everything has been great so far r4 months into our ownership.

This place used to be good, but 15 hyundai cars of family and friends later I am seeing that perhaps this place isn't that great. Their support is not that impressive.

Just traded in my 2010 Elantra for a 2017 Tucson - what a beauty! No question returning to Bank Street Hyundai when it's time to trade. The service is second to none starting with the sales staff, financing, management and last but certainly not least, the service department (thank you Luke and all of the amazing staff in the service department. When I visit I am treated like a VIP. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for any car. Try out a Hyundai and be amazed at how stress-free and worry-free you will be because they will take care of your vehicle from end to end. Thanks everyone! Oh.. And don't forget to bring Shahir an ice cream cone ;)
