I absolutely cannot recommend their service department. While the quality of the work performed may be adequate, they have the amazing ability to find things wrong with your car even when doing routine service. The last straw for me came this past week when I took my Sonata in for service (with an expected price tag of about $500 total) when they “found” another $1000 worth of repairs that “definitely required” fixing. Fortunately for them, I do not know enough to say for sure if these additional repairs were as necessary as they claim, so I consented. The next day, my car wouldn’t start! Turns out the starter switch magically broke overnight! Another $500! Was this an amazing and unlucky coincidence? Or am I a victim of greed, dishonesty or incompetence? Perhaps a combination of all three? All I know, is that this is not the first time that I had taken my car to these guys and then ran into an issue almost immediately after getting it back from them. You must have a minimum level of trust when you are dealing with individuals or companies that are providing a service, and the Dilawri Bank Street Hyundai Service Department, in my opinion, do not meet that minimum. Do yourself (and your wallet) a favour and STAY AWAY!

Purchased a 2 year old Hyundai Elantra. The sales agent was very easy to deal with and felt reasonably trustworthy. The warranty service was smooth when I needed a repair. BUT...when not one but 2 recalls were sent to me, they would not allow me a loaner car replacement for the day? They offered a shuttle 'if it is close - about 5 minutes away, or South Keys mall' which is as I see it unacceptable for customer service. I have mixed feelings on this dealership as of now.

Recently, my partner and I purchased a vehicle from this location and had a surprisingly positive experience. Upon arriving and looking through the inventory, we were quickly greeted by Raul - a member of the sales team. He was not only friendly, but seemed genuinely caring. Many dealers come off as having contrived personalities and are quite pushy, but Raul seemed to really want to help us. He is a sincere person who takes time to not only explain things thoroughly, but also assure you and inspire confidence. He really took his time to make every little detail of our experience positive and enjoyable. Raul was also very reasonable and makes his customers feel significant. I would certainly return to this dealership, especially as long as Raul is employed there. Likewise, I would recommend the location to others.

We will only be dealing with Rabieh for any future vehicle needs. Ashur Younan was the man who helped us set up our financing as well as extended warranties. He was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions, even the ones we hadn't had a chance to ask. Clearly, Ashur is passionate about what he does and this came through in his personality and attitude. All in all, this was an amazing experience and we would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Hyundai. We love our new 2017 Elantra!!!
