I saw an ad on auto trader for a white hyundai genesis at their used car lot so i emailed them to let them know i was interested. They replied right away and were very nice and helpful over email. I let them know that id be coming to ottawa to look at the car in a week since i live in kingston and its quite a drive. About 3 days before i leave i noticed the ad has been removed so i asked if i should be concerned. They told me not to worry and that i should still come to look. Well i was just there and they told me that they took it to the auction and then tried to show me other cars. I will NEVER recommend this dealship. What a joke and a waste of my time!!!

I felt welcome, assisted, no pressure, catered to, listened to, comfortable, desire to return. My experience was so positive.....I felt like i had been dealing here for a long time.
