I had a good experience buying my car four years ago but since then it hasn't been positive. It seems like the dealership is only interested in helping when they are getting money out of me. I had a defective sensor in my car and it was under warranty to be replaced. I went out twice and they said they'd order the part. I never heard back. Recently they called to ask why I hadn't been going for my oil changes there and I explained my frustration with them and why I hadn't come back. They took responsibility, said it shouldn't have happened, and asked me to come out once again to have them look at it. During that time I had my brakes assessed and said I'd do the work through them. They booked an appointment that day for the next week for the brakes as well as the warranted part to be fixed. I explained to them how frustrated I was with the constant visits and them just simply ignoring me after I left despite promising to order a part. They assumed responsibility for having dropped the ball in the past and said the sensor would be ordered and installed the next week. Only by calling to inquire about my appointment did I come to learn that my warranty part wasn't in yet. Two unreturned calls and voicemails were my last straw. Basically, they were willing to let me drive out for a paid appointment (my brakes) but yet again weren't going to fix the part under warranty which they'd promised to have taken care of immediately. I heard back from a representative who told me, after I had emailed, that the part wasn't in yet but nobody called or even returned a call to tell me that. It seems they were dodging my calls and messages because they had hoped I'd come out for my brake appointment anyway $$$. I'm going with Surgener Hyundai in the future as I've had great recommendations by colleagues.

Service department is a joke. They tried to change my brakes and rotors, telling me brake pads were finished and rotors were completely scratched and needed changing ASAP. Brought my car somewhere and the guy told me brake pads were fine, still had quite a lot left, and nothing wrong with the rotors. Hyundai wanted to charge me $600 for something I didn't even need! I've had many issues with the Hyundai Head Office customer service as well. Do not go to Hyundai to service your car, they will milk you for everything they can! Go to another registered garage, it will not void your warranty.

Major Reasons for choosing Bank Street Hyundai is location. I purchased my last car from them as well. No BS and easy to get along with the entire team. Very helpful in understanding my concerns in regards to my payments and did everything and then some to make sure I got what I wanted.

Before coming to bank street, I compared the prices at Pathway, Surgenor and Myers. The sales manager at Surgenor gave me a price and when i told him I may be going to Bank street, he guaranteed me they would end up beating their price. So I went it, and they beat it. Sam was very good at getting me the best price and the car i wanted. Ernesto was amazing. Made me feel comfortable with my purchase and helped me fit the payments into my budget. Will return 100%

My husband and I were in the market for a new car and we decided to check out this dealership. We had always said we were going to buy a specific brand (not Hyundai), which we had always driven, but thought we would see what Hyundai had to offer. From the time we walked in, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. We spent 2 hours with Naser who took the time to explain our options and go over all of our financing details all the while entertaining our two children throughout the process, not an easy task! He encouraged us to do our research and we didn't feel any pressure to purchase. We went back and purchased our vehicle last night and the process was surprisingly seamless. Naser was great at negotiating the best deal for us and we are very happy with the end result. He has a great personality and makes you feel at ease. Ernesto, in Finance, was so helpful and walked us through the financing process. He was honest, and offered suggestions along the way to maximize the lifetime of our vehicle! We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! Thank you so much.
