Bank Street Hyundai

My husband and I were in the market for a new car and we decided to check out this dealership. We had always said we were going to buy a specific brand (not Hyundai), which we had always driven, but thought we would see what Hyundai had to offer. From the time we walked in, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. We spent 2 hours with Naser who took the time to explain our options and go over all of our financing details all the while entertaining our two children throughout the process, not an easy task! He encouraged us to do our research and we didn't feel any pressure to purchase. We went back and purchased our vehicle last night and the process was surprisingly seamless. Naser was great at negotiating the best deal for us and we are very happy with the end result. He has a great personality and makes you feel at ease. Ernesto, in Finance, was so helpful and walked us through the financing process. He was honest, and offered suggestions along the way to maximize the lifetime of our vehicle! We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! Thank you so much.

SCAM!!! Brought my car in because it was making a nose, car was still under warranty, only 36,000kms on it, mostly highway driven. When I got the car back I was handed a huge bill!!! Telling me there was yearly maintenance, brake cleaning, and other nonsense. I will be fighting this bill and will not be taking my car here ever again.

Great Sales and Finance Just got my Santa Fe 2016 from them and the service I received from all the team was outstanding. Will be recomending this place to all my friends for sure
