I am only 1.5 yrs in Canada and decided to buy a Hyundai Sonata ( Based on my researches). I have 2 options before i decide , Honda Accord or Hyundai Sonata and ended up in buying Sonata after meeting John Nicholson . I have applied for a free coupon of $ 1000 on Bankstreet Hyundai ( Dilawri) website. Within 1 hr of my application , i got a warm call from John Nicholson ( Internet Sales Representative). He only spoke to me for 2-3 mins and i feel like going and visit the showroom. I did not waste any more time and straight away went to the show room. John welcomed me and shown me the Sonata Limited edition. I found John very professional and helping. He did everything that he can do and within next 35 minutes I walked out of the showroom with a deal for the Sonata Limited edition. My only requirement was the Silver Color car, which John has noted the very first time he spoke to me. I like the way he CARES for all my requirement and we end up in closing the deal as a Highly Satisfied Customer. I recommend everyone to take appointment with John Nicholson and visit or just visit the showroom and ask for John to meet. I can assure you will have a Great exception experience. All the best to John for his future sales. Like to add a little bit of bitter experience with Finance Manager I had ( Not to mention Name). Be care full and watch full with what all the finance manager is selling to you once the deal is over with John . Ensure you put everything on paper before you sign the finance deal. Further i will recommend you guys to compare price for extended warranty , rust & paint proof and anything you buy from finance manager before you sign . Do not sign for anything with Finance manager before comparing and understanding the limitations of the deal sold by him . One such good example is for leather protection coverage is limited to only 2 claims or max of $1000 during the interval of entire 6 years deal. There are several such limitations which he will not explain. I expect them to be explained before selling to the customer. I consider this as my mistake and do not want to blame anyone else. Looking for a long lasting relationship with bank Street Hyundai and I promised them to buy my next car also (2 Yrs from Now) from Bank Street Hyundai (Dilawri).

Biggest scammers!!!..They dont even follow what they mention in the letter!!!..Very bad experience and perhaps they even do not know how to evaluate a car

When I entered Bank Street Hyundai to purchase my new car, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. After a very short wait, Shahir Moradi introduced himself and proceeded to help me find the car I needed. Throughout this process, he was extremely helpful and was always anticipating all of my needs. When it comes to the finance department, there is nothing more to say than they are miracle workers (especially Joe Younes)! Indeed, he was able to find me an excellent rate for my car (even though I have had issues with my credit in the last few years). I strongly recommend that you go to Bank Street Hyundai if you need a new car. You will get excellent service!
