I had an excellent experience at Bankstreet Hyundai. Stuart and Ernesto went above and beyond. They made me feel very comfortable, they didn't push me or force a sale upon me. They were both friendly and great at answering all of my questions. We discussed what I could afford and went from there, they made it happen ! I already had a Hyundai and went back for my new car for a reason . I highly recommend Bankstreet Hyundai and I highly recommend Ernesto and Stu.

As a first time car buyer, I could only base my expectations on generalized stereotypes you hear from family, friends, and user reviews. Some of these basic stereotypes included; aggressive sales tactics, rude salesmen, increased pressure to secure a deal, dishonesty, etc. Prior to visiting Hyundai Bank Street, I stopped by a few other dealerships along the way and felt an immediate disconnect between me and my dealer. I felt like I was just another "quick" potential sale as they quickly tried to get me to test drive their vehicle (which I did) then brought me right to the negotiation table. The atmosphere was rushed and therefore, I could not process general questions that I should be asking about the vehicle. My experience with Paul Deek was completely the opposite. Within minutes of entering Hyundai on Bank, Paul kindly greeted himself and asked whether I needed assistance or not. In my case, I did. I told him which models I was interested in and to my surprise, he was the ONLY dealer of the 4 I saw earlier that day, who gave me a thorough introduction to the cars I wanted. In other words, he was the only dealer who thought my time was valuable enough to pop the hood, show/explain the parts/engine, and give me a detailed description of the complete inside/outside of the vehicle prior to the test drive process. Now, most of use agree that there are plenty of great cars on the market today. In an ultra competitive car buying market, client service could be the determining factor of many future car buyers. In my case, it was no different. My test drive with Paul was great. He's extremely composed, kind, and personal. I felt as if I was taking a test drive with a long time friend who just happened to know a lot about Hyundais. Additionally, Paul doesn't shy away from letting you know the "not so goods" about a vehicle (no car is perfect after all), which further increases a level of trust between the dealer and I. Finally, if Paul wasn't able to answer one of my many questions, he would ensure that it's answered upon return to the dealership. Overall, an excellent experience regarding the test drive. The negotiation process with Paul was as seamless as I could have asked for. I 100% feel that Paul had my best interest and ensured that I got the best deal possible. Absolutely zero pressure to secure a deal and was more than willing to work within my financial means to ensure I left the dealership satisfied. The vehicle pick-up process was excellent. Once again, I met with Paul who gave me another exterior/interior tour of my purchased vehicle. He explained how a bunch of the features worked and even connected my telephone to the bluetooth in the vehicle. Absolutely no hidden surprises whatsoever. I am not a proud owner of a Tucson and couldn't be happier with how the entire process worked. Thanks again Paul

From my experience from concessionaire to concessionaire, people here was able to give me more information about the car and everything. Also the service there is more available and they actually try to sell you the car with everything you need at the lower price they can go. I appreciate the service i had and i would recommend this one to everyone i know.

I was looking for something I could cram my kids and dogs into that wouldnt bust at the hinges, so I checked out the SantaFe XL Limited. I could have gone any of the other Hyundai dealers in Ottawa but, the Dilawri radio jingle is always in my head so that's where I started (and ended). I was given a great price on my trade in and took advantage of the dealer invoice pricing and 0% financing, which made the buying experience here all the better. Ashur took me through the list of possible options and extras, recommending some that would keep the car looking new and improve functionality; he made a great package deal for me that anyone would be hard-pressed to pass up; bring him a starbucks iced coffee and there could be a cargo mat in it for you. Financing took minutes and, there were no overly invasive questions. I was able to take delivery within a week and Moe took me through the car front to back, inside and out. He showed me all my installed options and extras and what all the buttons and switches did. After, he took me around the service department and we finished up the paperwork, then he pulled the car up to the front and I was done the whole process in less than an hour. This place sells the most Hyundai for a reason, make sure you stop in and see what they offer.

I met Paul Deek for the first time on Sat March 21/2015. He was really easy to deal with and did not presure me when we got talking about looking for a new car. He respected the budget that I was working around and on Monday March 23/2015 he called to say he might have found what I might be interested in. He knew I was also looking at other competitors, which I had, but was pleased that he had called to say he had found something. It shows that he really cares about the people that he meets and is willing to go the extra mile to help them if he can. After talking with Paul we closed the sale of a new vehicle at a price point that was comfortable with me and Hyundai. My wife also met Paul and was pleased in his way of dealing with us. I am truly thankful that we met Paul as our salesperson. We have no problems of recommending him to our friends. Juan-Carlos Lobera looked after the closing for final sale. Ernest Lorello was very helpful in explaining the extras which we purchased when finalizing the paper work. He did not pressure us either which made our time at Bank-Street Hyundai a very pleasurable experience from start to finish. Congratulations to Paul Deek, Ernesto Lorello and Juan-Carlos Lobera for a great job well done. It was our pleasure to have dealt with all of you who made us feel welcome on what is sometimes a stressful venture. Cheers
