Bank street Hyundai made our first new car purchase a dream. A co-worker highly recommended Dilawri so my expectations were high. I have to say that the service level I received totally exceeded my expectations. Touffic and Asher were answered all and any questions we had. Touffic even came to pick us up in Gatineau, not once but twice. I highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai and mostly Touffic and Asher. Thanks again guys! We love the car!

We purchased our car about threeish weeks ago. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get to this straight away; however, this worked out well for the purpose of a review since we've meow been able to EXPERIENCE this mew car for a bit and ensure that everything including our first payment went through purfectly. We had the opportunity to deal with a few members of the staff at Dilawri and both my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience, not what we expected out of this type of experience regardless of mew or used. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Naser is the beez kneez. He addressed ever single concern we had while looking for the right vehicle and was prepared to answer all of our questions. Ernesto helped us out with all the financing arrangements in a completely non-pressure, relaxed environment that resulted in us securing the right levels of protection for our mewest investment, in three words, a cool cat. Last but certainly not least we have to address the cats meow, Amir who swooped in finalize everything with us and helped ensure everything we discussed was communicated amongst the entire team and delivered. Meow that it's all said and done, I can say without hesitation that I'd buy another vehicle here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the dealership and in particular these fine gentlemen to any of my friends, family and colleagues. We'll see you all in the future, I have no doubt.

Dealt with Bank Street Hyundai. After multiple trips and hours spent negotiating, we were told that we had a deal we were happy with. So today, Tuesday November 26 2014, we went back to finalize everything. Once we arrived at the dealership (for the third time), the salesperson informed us he was backing out of the deal that he had JUST THAT AFTERNOON confirmed was still a go. Thanks for wasting our time with your deceptions and dishonesty, you lost yourself a sale and we'll be telling everyone we know about our awful experience st your dealership.

What more ca be said other than WOW!!! From the moment my wife and I drove in with our 2004 Volvo until the moment we left with our 2015 Elantra, we felt like we were with family. Best car buying experience ever...period. Will never go anywhere else again! Joe, Sam, Yuan-Carlos...AMAZING! I know it's cliche, but, we didn't just buy a car, we bought piece of mind! Thank you!

I had my engine replaced a year ago shortly after I had oil leaking oils their techs butchered my car. I wouldn' take a wheelbar to them

I just bought a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT GLS 5Dr a few days ago and love it. However, even though I live in Burlington, I chose to deal with Bank Street Hyundai because they are absolutely fantastic to deal with. They are all so friendly, professional and they seem to go the extra mile to make sure your experience is perfect. My parents bought their Santa Fe from them, my sister and brother in-law bought their Elantra from them and now I have. I highly recommend dealing with this dealership. My sales person, Bijan Sanei, was hilarious and knowledgeable and just flat out awesome. Christoph Hadad was the person I dealt with in Finance and he is just so friendly and so pleasant. While I was waiting, Juan-Carlos brought me a newspaper to read! Just an incredible team at Bank Street Hyundai!
