This week my car shopping week for my family, after a long time. I bought one BMW 528xi ($70K) and a Hyundai Santa Fe Limited (~$50K). I walked into Hyundai Bank Street on late Saturday Sept-20th just before 6pm, they usually close the dealer at 6:00pm. They were very helpful, Mark Molleken "Sales Manager" has taken care of me immediately because most of the salesman were already left the store and the car and price that he has offered me was incredible, Santa Fe Limited version (top of the line at this price, unbelievable!). We immediately sealed the deal in 25 minutes with him, and we scheduled to come back on Monday to finalize the paperwork, because I was late going home, he was late because of me as well. He didn't even ask me a deposit! "Come back on Monday and we finalize it", wow, you can't find another dealer letting you go before they grab your money from your pocket, right? He made me extremely comfortable, he is an amazing guy! Ernesto (Finance Manager) and Shahir (Salesman) were excellent on Monday to advise me what else do I need in the future for my Santa Fe. I think $50K purchase car needs to be secured for while with the warranties. So I thought I should be driving this car at least 8-9 years and got all the extended warranties, at a discounted price of course, Ernesto has tried everything that he could provide me at an affordable price. I'm so happy working with him too. Shahir was helping me for multiple test drives, introducing every single bells-and-whistles in the car, this made me so happy and I already enjoyed the car before I owned it. One other good thing was Shahir also delivered the car, inspected every single object if something doesn't work before I hit to the road. thanks a lot Shahir. What a great service Hyundai Bank Street, please keep it up the good work. Ayhan Akkaya

Service here is quite slow, you will want to look into other locations if you drive a hyundai.

Ok Had a great buying experience, however if you want to use their shuttle service, be WARNED! They only do drop offs and don't pick you up when your car is ready. This in my mind is worthless and now I have to fork out 30 bucks for a taxi ride back to the dealer! Seriously guys get your act together.

I just drove home in my brand new 2015 Hyundai Elantra GLS purchased from Bank Street Hyundai and I couldn't be more pleased. The service was excellent, the price negotiated was unbelievable, and not once did I ever feel pressured to buy. Moe Ali and Ernesto Lorello were fantastic to deal with - I can't recommend them enough. In fact, I've already recommended Bank Street Hyundai and both Moe and Ernesto to a few of my co-workers. Thank you everyone, for making my first car purchase such a great experience. So happy!!

Buying a new car is usually a very stressful experience. The people at Bank Street Hyundai made my experience a very pleasant one. My sales rep, Bijan and finance manager Ernesto went out of their way to not only get me the best deal they could but also ensured that I fully understood the details of what I was buying. I appreciated not only their friendliness but also their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Oh yes, I love the Hyundai as well. Great value for the money.
