Buying a new car is usually a very stressful experience. The people at Bank Street Hyundai made my experience a very pleasant one. My sales rep, Bijan and finance manager Ernesto went out of their way to not only get me the best deal they could but also ensured that I fully understood the details of what I was buying. I appreciated not only their friendliness but also their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Oh yes, I love the Hyundai as well. Great value for the money.

Hadi was fantastic! He was very friendly, welcoming and patient with all our questions. Was very knowledgeable about the Sante Fe that we bought. Gave us exceptional service! Amir gave us a great price for the car - not beating around the bush - was really the fastest sale we have ever concluded and we have been to several dealerships before: Toyota, Honda, Chrysler, Subaru, and even other Hyundai dealerships - none of them were as welcoming and efficient as this dealership! Ernesto was excellent. He explained everything to us and was very professional. overall, I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. And will for sure buy my next vehicle there again and again :)

My experience with buying 2 vehicles from Bank St. Hyundai has been nothing short of exceptional. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Sam Kadoura was quick to answer any questions I had and helped alleviate any fears I had about moving up into a Tuscon from my beloved Elantra. When it came time for financing I met Joe Younges and was very pleased to be treated with not only respect but with a sense of friendliness that put me at ease. Joe was extremely helpful in getting me into the Tuscon I was now looking forward to. My whole experience was so fulfilling I brought my husband in to buy his first new car. May I say he bought an Elantra hatchback and is also extremely happy with it and the service he received from Sam and Joe. Thanks and I will definitely return when I need another vehicle.

I dealt with John Nicholson in sales and Ashur Younan in the business office. Both conducted themselves in a very professional and friendly manner while treating me with respect. The end result of our business is that I have my first Hyundai (a new 2014 Santa Fe XL) and feel that I got a great deal.

This is the second time that we buy a car at Bank Street Hyundai. Moe Ali was our sales rep. He demonstrated excellent sales techniques. He was calm, knowledgeable and was not pushy and that was very important to us. He was very nice and genuine and I would definitely chose Moe Ali again as sales rep at Bank Street Hyundai. Once we had chosen our car, we met with Ashur Younan, the Finance Manager. He explained all our options and was very courteous, professional and patient with our questions. Thanks guys for going that extra mile for us!

When I contacted Hyundai through the website i was promptly contacted back by John Nicholson who was very friendly and professional. John Nicholson was very knowledgeable and treated me like family. He did not press me to buy a car I neither wanted nor options that I did not want. He did not use high pressure sales tactics and he got me a price on a new car that I was very comfortable with paying. I highly recommend John and I will do so to my friends and family. Unlike many other sales men, he is not pushy, but gets the job done. Once the deal was made with John we were then introduced to Ernesto to take care of the financing side of things. This went a lot smoother than I expected. There was no pressure in buying the extra warranty (which I did) or any other options that we had the opportunity to do so I felt comfortable working with John and Ernesto and this is the main reason why I bought a car at the Bank Street Hyundai.
