2014 Sante Fe Sport Ltd - NO HASSLE PURCHASE Sam Kadoura made this purchase seem effortless regardless of the number of questions asked. Sam was "NOT PUSHY" at any time during our couple of visits to the dealership. He made sure that we were totally satisfied before we signed on the dotted line. Amazing customer service The salesman I dealt with was more concerned about finding a vehicle that fit my needs vs making a big sale. I appreciate that not only was I able to find the right vehicle for my family, I was able to find one that fit my financial criteria as well. The finance manager really put in the work to bring the price of my desired vehicle to what I could afford. Every single staff member smiled and was friendly- a definite plus, as i had both of my small children with me. I had shopped around at other dealerships before this one was recommended to me. I even traveled 6 hours out of town to come to this specific dealership, and it was well worth it. I will be referring all of my family members and friends to this dealership specifically because the experience was so positive.

I recently purchased a used, low price car from Louis. I had a concern with the car after a few weeks. I went back to see Louis, his manager took care of the matter with the level of customer service beyond my expectation. I was pleasantly surprise to receive this exceptional customer service for such a low price car especially after sales. I had a great experience and extremely happy with them, they made me feel like part of their family. giving them one last chance to give me prompt service. booked for 8:45am appointment for 4hrs. We'll see how they do this time. Last time a 20 minute oil change took over an hour. Booked to be in at 10am didn't go in until 10:45 and only after I questioned what was taking so long. I was told "well when you go to see your Dr you have to wait, you don't get in on time" What kind of customer service is that?

Sales My experience at Hyundai was exceptional. I recently purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T 4WD. I was and am still extremely overjoyed and privileged to have both Toufic Habib and Ashur Younan as my leading sales men on this day. From the initial phone conversation with Toufic, I felt comfortable in coming to this dealership. Immediately, I was passed on to Ashur and his very professional approach and commitment to trying his endeavor best to allow me to drive away with a vehicle was outstanding. There are no other words to explain their professionalism. They went out of their way to explain the car buying process, as well as show the various models and makes of the vehicles at this dealership. They are both very approachable individuals with vast knowledge with all aspects of the "Hyundai experience". I'm ever so grateful and will recommend them to anyone that I'm aware of, that are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. In fact, my daughter is considering purchasing a vehicle in the fall and I will, without hesitation return with her at that time. I'm especially appreciative of the open door policy. Agree with Rob - Terrible Customer service at both Dilawri Hyundai dealerships in Ottawa (Bank & Hunt Club locations). Many issues from lieing about required work, to not covering warranty/protection plan work, etc...
