Painless experience The people at Bank St Hyundai are a credit to the Auto Sales industry. I was very nervous about changing my 11 year old car as I had a bad experience when buying it and did not trust auto sales people. My first contact was with Justin who made me feel very at ease and explained everything with no pressure, next came Chris to do the financing, he was friendly and very personable. When I picked up the car Justin was away so Stu helped me get to know my new car and finished off the paperwork with patience and a great smile. All in all a very painless and pleasant experience. Thanks Guy's

Happy........ but..... John Nicholson was a very attentive, friendly, and helpful salesperson. He responded within 5 minutes of my initial web-enquiry, and we went from there. I was very impressed with him. Prior to retirement, I was a senior financial analyst, where I dealt with financial transactions up to $5million, and I never signed off unless I was fully satisfied with the rational, and the attendant dollars. I don't know if Ernesto was being intentionally devious, but I still don't how the final price of my car was arrived at. I would advise anyone to buy from John - but INSIST on a detailed listing from A to Z, item by item, including taxes, dealer discount, window tinting, fog lights etc, etc - before signing. This did not happen in my case, and leaves me a little uneasy.

Their service department is unresponsive, unavailable, never answer phones and simply unengaged. Here's a tip, when your loyal customers depend on their cars that have been so generously purchased from you...you might want to keep them in the loop on repairs. Its now 2:30pm and I havn't the slightest clue if I should be making arrangments for a borrowed vehicle, or arrangements for the shuttle. I am not even sure how I am to get home? I have called countless times over the last 2 hours only to get the service dept voicemail. Left messages and no call backs. I even called back, pressed zero and spoke to the wonderfully useless girl they have answering the phones who put me on hold for 12 minutes and then transfered me to the service department voice mail yet again. I should have known better!

Best Dealership - RECOMMENDED I have visited many dealerships and shopped around but when I went to this specific location just to look around, I couldnt believe the amazing customer service I got from Moe Ali, Joe Younes and Mark Molleken. I did not think that I would walk out with a deal signed but they all made it possible. They worked out an amazing deal that I couldn't refuse. What gave me the confidence to purchase the new Santa Fe is the professional and friendly service. What also stood out is that they work hard. They for sure care for the customers and not just sales targets. I would not hesitate to purchase my second car from this dealership. Friendly staff - great experience! We recently bought a Santa Fe XL from Bank Street Hyundai. Like a lot of people, I was not looking forward to the experience of buying a car - but this time we were really pleased by the entire process. Sillin was our sales representative - she was so great to work with. She never pressured us in any way. She guided us patiently through the sales process and felt like our advocate at each step. She was awesome! The rest of the Bank Street Hyundai team worked really well as a unit, and clearly had the customer as their top priority. This is the second time we've bought a new vehicle from this dealership - and I wouldn't be surprised if we're back again in the future!

Great to deal with! Came in for a brand new SUV, left with a big smile on my face. Every thing was great from the beginning as i walked through the door i met Stuart Dodge. with a firm hand shake he asked me what i was interested in and then began the sales pic, not your normal one as he promoted the deals that the dealership had going and he mentioned that it was a good time to buy. i am well aware of most of the deals but i was not ready to commit as my wife didn't know i was even there after he showed me the vehicle that i wanted we sat down and started to talk numbers. at first we looked at the options for the Santa Fe that i was interested in. after getting the information and some hard numbers i went home and talked it over with my wife, she said maybe i should have looked at other options so i did and i didn't like what was out there. The next weekend i came back and went strait to Stuart and he remembered me from the last week by name so i told him lets go over the numbers and for my trade in and i agreed on a price that i was happy with! Rang the bell as a happy customer only a few minutes later after getting a great deal on a brand new Santa Fe. I met the manager had confident handshake and was off to see Joe the finance manger. He was also warm and very easy to sit and go over warranties and options, it was a pleasure. once that was done i felt a burden lift off of my shoulders. Stuart and i sat again and signed the agreement. that was on the Saturday i came back on Wednesday to pick up the new SUV, Stuart showed me every thing that i didn't already know about the features. After going over the papers i was ready, i talked to Ernesto signed all the final things and i was a happy camper. The staff were great the service is top notch and i will be back there for servicing in the future for sure.
