I am extremely happy with the customer service provided by both Thomas Jarret, Sales Rep, and Ashur Younan, Finance Officer. When I noticed an inconsistency in the sales slip, it was quickly rectified with understanding and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Bank Street Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Having bought a new vehicle in 2006 and now a used one in 2014, I can honestly say that Bank Street Hyundai is where I will purchase all my future vehicles.

From the time I first called Bank Street Hyundia I felt I was dealing with someone who knew what they were selling. Justin Yoo came across as sales person who knew the vehicle he was selling and made me comfortable with all my questions. Once meeting the staff, I was impressed with their sales approach which was "not pushy" like other dealerships. I had expressed that I had shopped around, gave them my price that I had been offered, and they gave me there bottom line out front, with out having to go thru price after price. Very friendly staff, and seemed to go the extra mile for me. I truly appreciated Amir Esmalian the GM there to help me with my purchase as well.

Our last 4 vehicles have been Hyundai,and my wife and I love the vehicles we have purchased over the years. But after buying our 4th vehicle at our local Hyundai dealer,we had a very bad experience with them,and it literally made it easier to shop elsewhere. We saw an ad for Bank Street Hyundai,and I am going to tell you,it was THE BEST move we ever did. With John N and Ernesto, the buying of a new vehicle,was fast,easy,no BS,and total professionalism, We live in Cornwall,but we have no reservations at all about driving to Ottawa to have our vehicle serviced when need be,these guys really care about their customers and making the customer happy and satisfied is what they do best. We totally recommend this dealership if you are thinking of making your next car a Hyundai. Taking nothing away from the other employees that work there,John and Ernesto are who you need to see to make this a truly refreshing experience. Thanks guys,, BTW,,the Santa Fe is perfect.

This is the third car I and my family bought at this specific dealership. I dealt with Stuart Dodge salesperson and Patric Klawn sales manager. They are both professional and knowledgeable to answer all questions. They were very friendly I will recommend them to everyone.

Both Sillin Canegan , Earnesto Lorello as well as Amir Esmailian were wonderful to work with in helping me to find the right vehicle, at the right price with the most reasonable payment schedule possible not to mention all the personalized service for every detail of the transaction even when I didn't agree or like certain features or types of vehicles they were very patient and understanding and everything worked out to my complete satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations in every way. My family and I have bought 4 new vehicles between 2008 and 2013 and are all very satisfied with everything they do for each of us. I can only say good things about them. A really good team.

My car would not start, obviously something with the starter. Brought it into Bank St and they confirmed the problem was the starter. They said the starter was not covered under warranty, my 5-year powertrain is good until next October, and it would be 550 out the door. I was pretty sure this would be covered under warranty and asked my friend that works at a different dealership and he confirmed. I then called Surgenor Hyundai, told them the problem with my car and gave them my VIN. They said any work with my starter would be covered and they would fix it for no charge. Bank St. called back said my car was done and it would be 680, I asked why it was not the earlier price I was quoted and they said something about taxes. I told them I was quoted 550 out the door which should include taxes, he said one sec, came back and it was 570. I then told them what Surgenor said they pretend they thought I was originally talking about the extended warranty, which would not cover it but that the factory powertrain warranty would in fact cover it and I would not be charged anything. I am definitely never bringing my car back there for any reason.
