Bank Street Hyundai

I had been shopping around and was certain I wanted the Hyundai Elantra. I had heard a commercial on the radio talking about a sale so later that afternoon I called to inquire on what kind of deal I could get. I spoke with Juan Carlos and he was very friendly and helpful. We were able to work out a deal over the phone which was extremely helpful as I had to work the whole day and didn't have a lot of time after work to get to the dealership and work on a deal then. When I arrived later after work I was introduced to the financing guy Ernesto. I was very nervous about the financing and he was very reassuring. HE was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. It took only took a few minutes before he had everything approved and I was on my way! I picked up my new car today and they were both there to assist me. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thanks so much!!!

The buying experience for me was not bad. But I have to agree with the comments on Service. You do not get call backs. They don't tell you when the parts come in. Very poor after sale service.

We bought our 2012 Sonata used from this location. We have a seven year warranty ending in 5 years. Our car broke down en route to Montreal and we had to be towed here. It's been a month and they have yet to reimburse us for the tow (we had roadside assistance) and, after disputing between Hyundai Canada and the dealership over who was responsible for the cost of repairs, finally ordered the required part this week. If we paid for the warranty, we shouldn't suffer because there's an internal disagreement over payment. Now guess what, the part is backordered! Calls to the service department have always gone unanswered and messages go unreturned. We'll think five times now before buying a Hyundai.

As a first time "new car" buyer I had a great experience at Bank St. Hyundai. I had a great test drive in the 2013 Hyundai GT-L and found that the sales team worked with me to get the vehicle within my budget.
