I have waited over a month for shocks for my 2010 santa fe. Service pass me to parts and parts does'nt have the parts. If my shocks and struts are broken how safe is my vehicle? Its been 2 month now and I'm getting concerned. Could you perhaps recommend another dealership which can help me. Canadian tire said orleans has some shocks. Could you get some for me off of them or please make me an appointment with them for me please. My santa fe has been recalled and I was hoping to get the vehicle fixed in one shot. This does'nt seem possible I guess so I'll need an appointment for the recall and another for the shocks. My vehicle sways back and forth more than it used to hopefully this is safe.

Excellent experience! Everything was completed professionally and in a timely matter. These guys are great, straight up guys to deal with. No hassles what so ever. It all started with an email sent to inquire about a new Sonata....shortly after I received a reply from Faysal Akl, a well mannered professional......and then a follow up phone call....I stated what I wanted to buy and my expectations for what I had to trade....being 200 km away we both had to be honest and realistic with each other to ensure the next step would happen....which was for me to drive up to show my trade in vehicle.....Faysal was quite certain we could make the deal happen based on the information given. The appointment was set for first thing Saturday morning in which Faysal had promised to skip his morning coffee to take me out for one. The first time in my life buying a car has a car salesman taken my family and I out and buy coffee....we continued with the test drive....went back and crunched numbers until I was perfectly happy with the deal, getting his boss Amir Esmailian to also make sure everything was fully explained and no detail left uncovered. The experience with Faysal was one I will never forget, no pressure right from the minute I walked in the doors ... to the day of delivery....everything was properly in order just as promised. I was introduced to Joe Younes who handled all the financing with me and made sure nothing was left out for when I picked up the new car....which I must add has been a great car with no complaints. Faysal went over every detail with the car on day of delivery to ensure that I was familiar with all of its features and safety devices. I'm quite sure if I have to go back for any problems the dealership will take care of every need I have. The experience is one that makes me want other people to know the great staff at Bank Street Hyundai and that one dealership that should never be overlooked when buying a new car.

My experience with Bank Street Hyundai was 5 Star from beginning to end!! Stu, Joe and Amir were friendly, efficient and 100% focused on Service Excellence!! In this day and age where it seems that sometimes you have to shout for decent service, Bank Street Hyundai is a shining star of excellence and really does deliver an amazing, exceptional client experience!! From start to finish, they took the time to talk with me, understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire experience stress-free and a truly happy one! Oh and did I mention.....I love...love...LOVE my new veloster!! I will, and in fact already have recommended you to my friends and family. I had a very positive experience and excellent service at Bank Street Hyundai from the moment I walked in through the front door till the moment I drove away in my new vehicle from the dealership's parking lot. Most of us know that buying a new car can be a very stressful and frustrating experience. It was not the case at all with the representative who assisted me, named Faysal. If you want to waste your time and to have high car payments, go shop at other dealerships. If you want your car shopping experience to be seamless and pleasant, with the low payments, Faysal is the man to see. He is very knowledgeable, professional, polite, attentive and very respectful. Ashur Younan is another great asset to Hyundai Hunt Club Dilawri. He handled the financial part of the deal very promptly and effortlessly. He explained the financial and legal part of the deal in plain English, so there was no confusion on my part. Thank you Faysal and Ashur, it was real pleasure doing business with you two!
