I had an excellent experience with Bank Street Hyundai. I had done all the research and knew what model I wanted. The salesperson I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable on all the features of the vehicle I was interested in. I never felt pressured by Justin and I did shop around for price and ended up buying the Santa Fe XL from Bank Street Hyundai because they offered me the best deal. I would definitely recommend Justin and Bank Street Hyundai to my friends. Hopefully the after-sales service keeps up the same high standard.

I had heard good things about this dealership so when it came time to buy a new car I ventured in. I was greeted warmly by Shahir and felt comfortable in my purchase. He and Ernesto made sure my transaction was as pleasant as possible. They were courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I left happy in the knowledge that I had made a great decision buying from Bank Street Hyundai. I would gladly send my friends and family there for their next new car.

We took our 2003 Elantra in to get a recall on the car fixed. Though the customer service and service in general were pretty good I found out later that the recall wasn't even completed correctly. My regular mechanic said that the recall wasn't fixed correctly and he wasn't even sure if the it was fixed at all. He re-did the recall himself even though he's just a regular, non-dealer mechanic. I was very upset to find this out. When Bank Street Hyundai called us to try to get us to do our regular maintenance with them we told them not to bother. We'd stick with our Midas mechanic who treats us honestly.

Really good service. Seller is really nice and helpfull. Take care of us and our situation. He try to find something suitable of our want and our price. The consultant give us a pretty good deal. When the publicity said "nobody deal like Delawri" it's true.
