The persons dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. There was none of the typical 'sales scams' by Justin that I have seen in the past by individuals. It was an overall very pleasant transaction!

I just bought an Elantra GT at Bank Street Hyundai. I received exceptional service for the purchasing of my new car. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to purchase a Hyundai. Justin Young-in, Amir E and Joe Younes were all very helpful in showing/describing the different features of the car and the different options I had for package type and financing etc. Just drove my new car off the lot today and couldn't be happier.

Faysal was very accommodating and relaxed in his approach. He allowed me to determine my priorities and careful to make sure he understood what I wanted before making suggestions. Whenever I asked for something, he was immediately positive and helpful and I felt he really was trying to make sure that the experience was one that made me feel like I was getting what I wanted. While I did not haggle over the price, I felt what I was offered was very fair and within my budget. Without having to do so, Faysal continually sweetened the deal to the point that I would come back to that dealership and ask for him by name. Ernesto expedited the processing of the car purchase as I was actually surprised I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and did not leave time to close the sale and was on a timeline. He was courteous and relaxed and was flexible as to when I return to the dealership to finalize the change over. I would recommend this dealership without reservation. I would say, don't be in a hurry as they do take their time to make sure you feel no pressure while making up your mind. For me the waiting was long as they crunched numbers, however again that is a minor quibble as I got what I wanted at the right price.
