This place has consistently disappointed me. I make an appointment for an oil chang and arrive on time just to be told I have to wait at least an hour. The service department is a place to be avoided at all costs!

Careful when you check out the website and don't give them your phone number because the internet manager Hussein will call and text and call and text and make up imaginary appointments that you never asked for and then harass you for not showing up for the imaginary appointment. I had to call twice to the dealership to have them physically stop Hussein from texting me with harassing messages and the General Manager still had the nerve to blame me for the harassment because I didn't show up for an imaginary appointment and poor Hussein missed out on 2 walk in clients. This place is filled with unscrupulous people who bully and harass customers. Shoppers beware.

The sales department here is great. The service department...Not so much. While they included the first few years of oil changes with my car, I quickly found that it was A) Faster, and B) Cheaper to take it elsewhere. Invariably, every time I brought my car in for service, they'd find extra items that needed to be taken care of. The final straw for me came when they said my transmission fluid was "very dirty"...3 months after I had it flushed!
