Horrible, horrible horrible experience! I don’t recommend anyone going there for servicing! “Terrible service from this dealership. They lied to me, ignored my complaint, and handled everything unprofessionally. No follow-up, no accountability, just disrespect. Avoid this place if you value honesty or good service

Recently, my experience with this business became really bad. It looks they do everything just to cut the costs down and keep the business running. The staff looks mad and stressed and managers are rude and unhelpful. They always trying to sell you the services and work you don’t really need and there is no track about what is really done and you billed for. In addition, there is no shuttle service. I dropped my car clean and shiny. Got it back dirty and dusty after it was “serviced and cleaned”. After my complaint the manager was called and got my car “rewashed” leaving dirty stains at all the body. And this is not the first time this happened. They wash cars with reused unfiltered water and wipe with dirty rags. Few months ago I had extra expenses on my bill the cashier couldn’t explain. I think, I never come back there. My advice for the customers, there are other Hyundai dealerships and services in the city.

I like the personal touch that the Genesis guys have for their clients. Josh is always a great help. The service is excellent and the response time is good! I got two vehicles from them with a great help from Wade. He is passionate about Genesis and I feel like a member of a Genesis lovers club every time when there. ) Great communication and service!
