I recently visited their auto service to diagnose a problem with my car. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative. The technician was unable to find the cause of the problem and tried to make me pay even more money for additional checks and services. I expected a professional approach and a solution to the issue, but instead, I encountered incompetence and attempts to profit from the customer. Very disappointed with this level of service and do not recommend this service.

Bought a Santa Fe here had it 2 years 54k on it. Noticed a potential engine issue. Did all oil changes with full synthetic and in time, but because I didn’t do their 500$ yearly inspections they upsell they wouldn’t book me in to even look at it for a month, and warned me it likely wouldn’t be covered under warranty. Ended up selling it before it could become an issue. This was my 3rd car from a Murray dealership, but I Will never buy another Murray car

Artem was the sales rep we worked with in our recent car purchase. He was was excellent and very down to earth and unpushy. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and his relaxed, friendly manner made the experience a very good one for us. The car had a CPO inspection and was brought right up to brand new status. Scott ine the finance department also made the purchase smooth and easy. No pressure. It was our second car purchase at Murray. The first with Paul Fedorowich as sales rep was also fantastic. Our vehicle was detailed to perfection and waiting for us in the display room... GREAT!

After my 2015 Santa Fe's engine seized while I was driving mid-June, I called Murray to book in an appointment as it's the dealership I'd taken my car to previously for servicing. I was coldly told that the earliest they could get me in for diagnostics was the END OF JULY. Called Birchwood on McPhillips and they promised to get the car seen that week. It's now 11 business days since I made those phone calls and Birchwood did the diagnostics, submitted it to Hyundai for a warranty claim (approved), ordered parts, replaced the engine, and I've just picked up my working car. If I'd taken it to Murray, it'd still be in their parking lot waiting another 3 weeks for someone to pop the hood. Long story short: do not bother trying to get your car fixed here. They don't care and they will keep you waiting longer than necessary. Ditch Murray and go to Birchwood if you want good service.
