made an appointment for 8am for a warranty check. told me it wouldn't take long at all and that why they were giving me the first available appointment. took 2 hours for them to do the check which is ridiculous. very hostile service people, and all the people there in general. just not a friendly place unfortunately, i try to keep my car from getting any problems just so i don't have to go back here and deal with the people who work there.

I called today morning for service. I got the elantra 2024 luxray from this location 1 month ago. I have a bluge in my tire so i called them. Tracey was talking to me. He was so rude. I was just asking him a couple of question. Insted of giving me the answer of my question. He was so rude. I am very disappointed with their service. He was treating me like he is serving me free of cost. He has no sense how to treat customers.

I just purchased a 2024 Santa Fe and my experience with the Murray Hyundai staff has been incredible. Tony is extremely professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend going to him when looking to buy a Hyundai!

I have been doing the maintenance of my Hybrid Tucson here; also, they have helped me with a problem with the coolant. At the beginning, it was frustrating because they keep saying the issue with the coolant was a normal thing. However, since I started working with Denzen, I have been receiving the best service. They changed the requiered parts using the warranty, and the problem is solved now. I really appreciate Denzen's attitude. He is always willing to help, but what I appreciate the most is his sincerity.

My son bought his first brand new Tuscan from Murray’s. His engine blow as it is a faulty motor, that Hyundai knows about, but are not recalling them. My son had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to even look at the vehicle. Had is car towed to Murray’s weeks ago. His appointment was scheduled for today and will never guess they did not even book him in. His Tuscan has been sitting at the dealers. My heart breaks for him as he has a job that he has to go in middle of the night, no buses running. I am buying a new Kona this year, will not be from Murray’s.
