Great service prior to signing on the dotted line, however could not get a hold of my salesmen for follow up items after the fact. When picking up the vehicle they had "forgot" to pick up the title to the vehicle so i had to drive to an insurance company to pick that up. Also, lesson learned, there were items agreed to by handshake that were ignored upon the deal closing (including some maintenance agreed to on the vehicle to be done prior to pickup that wasn't done).

I arrived slightly early for my appointment at 12:30 pm. I was greeted by Debbie who wrote up my work order. I waited for my car and a couple of hours later it was washed and ready to go. Thank you for the great service. Ed Bailey

Thank you to Amun for his knowledgeable assistance when purchasing our Hyundai Tucson in April. He was very helpful and easy to work with as we were choosing the best vehicle to suit our needs. Recommended to avoid cost cutting and have a separate cashier person instead of letting the service advisor (he is doing the best he can)perform bookings as well as cashier duties on Saturdays. Have been waiting since 30 minutes to pick up my car, no cashier to attend to. What a waste of time!
