The worst place I have ever been, Teme our sales rep was ridiculously unprofessional, rude, and very aggressive. I was ready to buy a car they had what I wanted, but that guy just ruined my mood from the first minute, he totally ignored what I was asking for, and ended up buying a car the next day at a different dealer.

I wish I could give zero start with my experience, but I really cannot so I have to give one star. I want to start by mentioning that you should never pre- judge your customer when they Walk In the sales person who I dealt with he prejudged me and my partner thinking that we are not serious about buying a car. We knew exactly what we wanted, what trim level which colour everything all we wanted is him to go over numbers. But it seemed like he was not in the mood of selling today and not to give full information. He was giving us partial information and at one point I just lost interest from buying a car from this guy (Artem)/ dealership.

Funny experience I knew what I want to buy exactly modle and trim and the guys name -convinced me not to buy it. I don’t know if he doesn’t want to sell or what; He tried his best to convince me not to buy that car 😂

We were car shopping for a while and James was by far the most genuine and friendly salesman that we encountered. I would absolutely recommend talking to James if you want a stress free and no hassle car buying experience

I bought a Palisade at Murray Hyundai, but I am regretting it now. This is because their poor service. I requested two times warranty service, but it took more than 3months to get the service respectively. In order to get these service, I had to call numerous time to Hyundai Canada customer care team. I want to say please do not buy a car at Murray Hyundai as they don't want to service your car after selling it. For me, it is no avail 5years of warranty period. I believe that the service of dealership is very important. In this reason, I don't recommend Murray Hyundai absolutely. After watching your response, the guy who made me like this, he was Jeff. The service manager. I leaved voice mail to him numerous time to reach him, but he never call back to me. Even I requested one of your representatives to deliver my message to call back, but he didn’t call back to me. I could get his call after three months later by calling Hyundai Canada care.
