I totaled my car and was looking for a new reliable vehicle. Cat at Brantford Honda was able to get me into a brand new car that met all my needs, providing me what I needed and wanted in my warranty package, while answering all of my questions day after day! She did everything for me all I needed to do was sign some papers and pick up my car, which made everything super easy with no stress! Thank you Cat V at Brantford Honda!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Kat from Brantford Honda. I began searching for a new car November 2019. I originally with 2 (more local) Honda dealerships with no luck and mediocre service at best. I was brushed off due to what I can only assume was my age, as well as my disinterest in the new 2020 collection. I was in search of the 2019 Honda Civic, and was told over and over again that there were none left, anywhere. I was constantly pressured to look at the 2020 as a replacement option. (I almost purchased a Hyundai Elantra instead). As my last resort, being completely infatuated with this specific model, I called Brantford Honda. I was directed to Kat, who I immediately adored. Kat took the time to expand the search for my dream car, located the exact model, year and colour that I was searching for and had it brought to the Brantford Honda location from Borden, Ontario within a week. Kat was kind, informative, bubbly and an overall dream to work with. There is not a single moment of financing my first car with Kat that I would do differently. I would highly recommend Brantford Honda and specifically Kat to anyone in search of a new car.

Growing our family from 4 to 5 required us to finally get a van! Erica was so helpful with answering all of our questions and made the process so easy and fun! Whenever I have questions about our 2019 odyssey she’s only a phone call away and helps without hesitation. Would absolutely keep buying from her.

Just getting around to this review though I got my car last year. I needed a Brand New Car ( My 2007 Dodge Caliber was completely rusting and falling apart and wasn't going to last any longer) so I decided to trade it in. Beforehand, my sister got a 2019 Honda Civic and she had dealt with Kat in Sales and had a wonderful time talking to her and asking what she needed in a car. Due to my sister's experience with Kat, I had to do the same and all I have to say was that Kat was the most kind, easy going sales rep I've ever had the pleasure of talking to! She understands the needs and wants of her customers and as such I got everything I ever wanted or could want out of my new 2019 "Leafs" Blue Honda Civic. If there is anyone planning on getting a New Car and it's a Honda, I would totally suggest going to Brantford Honda and asking for Kat! Will probably never go anywhere else ever again Honda Forever!

I take my car here for all services. The staff are friendly, helpful and the waiting area is cozy. I've never had any issues whatsoever!
