Pleasant experience

My daughter needed a new car and she found what she wanted at Brantford Honda. Cat Villeneuve was extremely accommodating to get us the car we wanted at a financial arrangement that worked for both of us! Makes me wish I needed one for myself. Bad experiences come and go but you always remember a Pleasant Experience!! Thank you Cat and thank you Honda!

After years of owning Toyota’s I was in the market for a new car but found the Toyota line up uninspiring. After making the tour of all the dealerships in Brantford I ended up at Brantford Honda hoping to find a car that made my heart beat faster and my bank account happy. Enter Cat and the Honda Civic. Cat took the time to go over the million questions I had and was beyond patient with me. The process to purchase and pick up my Honda was completely painless, no pressure and enjoyable. My Civic is a joy to drive, amazingly fuel efficient and meets every need for my busy life. But perhaps the best is that every time I have a question about my car, Cat is just a text away and always has a quick answer or helpful hint for me. I am definitely a loyal Honda owner now.

Trevor in the service department is friendly, helpful and honest. I went in for my A1 service as a new client after moving to the area and I felt great about my experience there. I've definitely found my new service centre.

Thanks Todd!! He checked in my vehicle quickly for maintenance and was extremely friendly and helpful. My vehicle was assessed and repaired in a timely manner.

James Wright put on a Customer Service CLINIC. This man is the polar opposite of every negative stereotype associated with Sales People. Patient, informative, helpful and most importantly, relational. He has left us feeling comfortable that we now have built a strong relationship and that we were not merely a transaction for him. Have a service I didn't ask for not going back bought 5 vehicles from them bad service associate.not cheap just to checkair pressure and look at belts
